HiBob is seeking a Senior Marketing Campaign Manager to shape and execute integrated campaigns across the AMERs region, driving awareness and pipeline while localizing global messaging for regional markets.

You will partner with Sales, BDR, and product marketing to deliver end-to-end campaigns, measure impact, and optimize performance with a regional focus. This remote role requires ET-zone presence and offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven senior campaign/marketing manager (10+ years), with deep expertise in B2B SaaS marketing.
• Demonstrated success executing marketing strategies for up-market segments.
• Strong analytical skills, data-driven decision-making and campaign optimization.
