Qualificações

• 5+ years of hands-on experience managing B2SMB affiliate, referral, or partner programs with proven success in accelerating customer acquisition or pipeline growth through partnerships.

Responsabilidades

• Own the day-to-day management of client relationships, providing proactive communication, documentation, guidance, and expertise to client stakeholders.
• Develop and execute full funnel B2SMB affiliate and partnership strategies that align with client goals, factoring in sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
• Provide full-service, end-to-end B2SMB partnership program management, from strategic execution and optimization to program operations.
• Source, recruit, and activate strategic partners, including marketplaces, niche industry publishers, agencies, professional communities, consultants, and B2B influencers.
• Collaborate with and optimize existing partners to drive pipeline growth, lead quality, and revenue attribution.
• Deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to client needs. Lead contract negotiations and renewals to secure long-term partnerships.
• Effectively manage budget across affiliate, referral, and partner channels, with a focus on pipeline contribution, CAC efficiency, and ROI.
• Provide regular performance reporting, highlighting lead quality, funnel progression, partner ROI, and strategic growth opportunities.
