The role requires 7+ years in B2B marketing, strong storytelling and presentation skills, and proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience developing and executing B2B marketing and communications strategies, campaigns, and programs that drive measurable business results.
• Experience planning and managing integrated multi-channel marketing initiatives (digital, social, content, demand gen, events, etc.).
• Exceptional written, verbal, visual, and presentation communication skills with ability to develop audience-focused messaging.
• Proven experience developing marketing and communications content (presentations, whitepapers, case studies, etc.).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint, with ability to create compelling visuals and materials.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute strategic marketing and communications plans to strengthen market position and brand awareness.
• Plan, manage, and optimize integrated campaigns across digital channels, email, events, and demand generation.
• Create compelling content and visual storytelling assets for presentations, brochures, whitepapers, and case studies.
• Collaborate with sales and BD teams to develop customer-facing materials and campaign assets.
• Lead internal and external communications initiatives aligned with Siemens brand standards.
• Leverage market research and analytics to measure performance and guide decisions.
• Coordinate industry events, webinars, and customer engagement activities.
• Explore AI-enabled marketing tools to improve content quality and campaign effectiveness.
• Drive marketing process improvements for scalability and efficiency.
• Partner with cross-functional teams while managing budgets and priorities.
