Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- 10+ years of experience in power systems engineering, solution engineering, systems engineering, renewable energy integration, power electronics, or related disciplines.
- 3+ years of experience leading technically complex projects involving multiple engineering disciplines.
Responsibilities
- Lead execution of advanced technology and renewable energy projects with cross-functional teams.
- Provide technical leadership, develop engineering talent, and coordinate partners throughout the project lifecycle.
- Serve as the primary technical authority during project execution, leading reviews, testing, commissioning, and handover.
