Signode, headquartered in Tampa, FL, is seeking a Lead Generation Representative to convert priority market segments, inbound inquiries, and outbound prospects into qualified sales leads for the Commercial Sales team. You will act as the first point of engagement, leveraging research and consultative conversations to identify opportunities and communicate Signode's value proposition.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business/CS/data analytics/marketing.
• 4+ years in business development, customer analytics, or related roles.
• B2B lead generation experience required.
• Ability to analyze data and forecast results.
• Experience with cold calling and outbound prospecting.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; MS Word/Outlook.
• CRM proficiency (D365 preferred).
• Knowledge of ERP systems a plus.

Responsabilités

• Identify priority market segments and target accounts with Marketing and Sales teams.
• Research prospects to identify decision-makers and buying influences.
• Manage inbound leads and respond to inquiries from campaigns, trade shows, referrals.
• Execute high-volume outbound campaigns to engage prospects and generate opportunities.
• Present Signode's value proposition tailored to customer needs.
• Qualify prospects using established criteria and route leads to the right seller.
• Maintain CRM data accuracy for accounts, activities, and opportunities.
• Provide qualification notes and market insights for seamless handoff.
