Qualifications

• Background check required
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation
• License to sell health and life insurance in resident state (or willingness to obtain; study course provided)
• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years post-high school sales or athletic background considered if degree not yet completed

Responsibilities

• Sell and grow a strong client base through B2B outbound activities and relationship-building.
• Master and execute the company’s B2B sales process for premium supplemental insurance products.
• Mentor and train incoming team members as needs arise.
• Close sales and handle objections to maintain a high win-rate.
