Qualifications

• 40–45 hours per week commitment.
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience.
• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license or willing to obtain.
• Proven sales performance with leadership potential.

Responsibilities

• Sell premium supplemental insurance to business clients (B2B).
• Build and cultivate a strong client base and relationships.
• Engage in cold calling and client engagement to drive revenue.
• Mentor and train incoming team members as opportunities arise.
• Lead by example and drive results across the sales cycle.
