LINAK Scandinavia AB in Louisville, USA, seeks a Business Development Manager for the TECHLINE high-power actuator markets. You will drive growth by securing OEM platforms, leading design-ins, and delivering value propositions to customers in Off-Highway and Military sectors.

Travel 40-60% of the year, coordinate with engineering and marketing, and manage CRM pipelines while building strategic relationships with senior stakeholders.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or related field.
• 7+ years of business development or technical sales experience in mobile equipment, defense, hydraulics or motion-control markets.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to identify customer needs and translate them into technical solutions.

Mansioni

• Identify, qualify and secure new OEM platforms within Off-Highway and Military markets.
• Lead application discovery, proof-of-concept projects, design-ins and production launches.
• Develop strategic growth plans targeting hydraulic replacement and competitive displacement opportunities.
• Conduct voice of customer research to identify pains and value opportunities.
• Create technical/commercial value propositions for electric actuation vs hydraulics.
• Maintain CRM pipeline, forecasts and account plans.
• Travel for business development opportunities, training and trade shows.
