Job summary

Demandbase is seeking a Senior Manager of Events to lead high-impact event programs that connect customers, prospects, partners, and GTM teams. You will own strategy, execution, and post-event analysis for user summits, trade shows, and field events to drive pipeline and revenue impact.

You will manage budgets, plan sponsorships, collaborate across marketing, sales, and success, and optimize attendee experience while maintaining brand alignment. Travel will be required for events.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of B2B event marketing experience, preferably in SaaS, enterprise software, ABM, or a high-growth B2B environment.
• Proven end-to-end ownership of complex events including user conferences, trade shows, and regional programs.
• Demonstrated budget ownership, vendor negotiation, project management, and onsite leadership across multiple events.
• Revenue-focused mindset, collaborating with sales and marketing ops to define goals and measure pipeline impact.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to influence executives and partners.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, planning, execution, and post-event optimization for user summits, trade shows, and field events to support pipeline and brand goals.
• Build and manage event plans including selection, sponsorships, audience strategy, budget, staffing, and post-event plans.
• Lead cross-functional planning with growth marketing, sales, customer success, and partners to align programs.
• Translate priorities into objectives, run-of-show, staffing plans, and follow-up motions for events.
• Direct event production and logistics across venues, AV, signage, staffing, travel, and on-site operations.
