Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on industrial or commercial electrical experience.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to adult learners.
• OSHA 10 certification with ability to obtain OSHA 30 within 30 days of hire.
• NFPA 70E knowledge with ability to obtain NFPA 70E certification within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Deliver facilitated instruction across program content areas including electrical safety and energization readiness.
• Lead participant discussions, scenario walkthroughs and debriefs with clear, field-grounded authority.
• Ensure safety during labs and applied activities and maintain program standards.
• Coordinate daily program logistics and act as primary contact for participants.
• Assess participant competency and document progress and sign-offs.
• Travel to client training sites as required.
