You will drive workforce planning, scalability, and instructional excellence while collaborating with program directors and operations to ensure top-quality delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education, workforce development or related field.
• 8–10 years of progressive leadership with staff management.
• Experience building scalable instructor programs and multi-site teams.
• Ability to travel approximately 30–40% nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and lead a national network of enterprise instructors across industries.
• Directly manage enterprise instructors through the full employment cycle.
• Develop onboarding, coaching, and performance frameworks for instructors.
• Coordinate staffing, deployment, and client-site delivery.
• Collaborate with curriculum, operations, and client teams to align expertise with program needs.
