StrataTech is seeking a General Maintenance Technician Program Instructor (B2B) to lead a nine‑module curriculum delivered through virtual and hands‑on labs. The role requires enforcing safety standards, coordinating with the B2B Lead Instructor, and ensuring accurate documentation of learner progress.

You will teach foundational maintenance topics across electrical, plumbing, HVAC/R, and facility systems while adapting to adult learners with diverse experience.

Formación

• Five or more years of hands-on field experience in commercial or light industrial facility maintenance across multiple disciplines.
• Ability to communicate technical content clearly to adult learners.
• Experience delivering instruction in synchronous virtual environments.
• EPA 608 Universal certification current at time of hire.
• NFPA 70E electrical safety awareness current at time of hire.
• Willingness to travel to lab delivery sites as assigned.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver the program curriculum across nine modules in synchronous virtual sessions and in-person labs.
• Maintain attendance, participation, and progress records in the LMS.
• Ensure safety protocols and lab standards are enforced in all sessions.
• Provide clear, specific feedback and document learner performance and outcomes.
• Prepare for each session with operational equipment and staged materials.
