Job summary

StrataTech Education Group seeks an Enterprise Training & Operations Manager to lead the B2B instructor staff across all enterprise programs and campuses. You will hire, onboard, train, and manage instructors, while ensuring standardized practices and scalable processes align with growth.

You will partner with program leads and client-facing teams to forecast staffing needs, implement onboarding, and drive performance.

Qualifications

8+ years of people management experience with hiring, performance management and team development.
Experience leading distributed or multi-site teams.
Background in workforce training, technical education, or enterprise learning.
Ability to standardize processes across multiple teams/programs.
Strong hiring and interview skills with scalable pipelines.
Willingness to travel 30–40% to campuses and client sites.

Responsibilities

Own full-cycle hiring for B2B instructor roles across enterprise programs and campuses.
Oversee onboarding and initial training to achieve readiness on a defined timeline.
Directly manage B2B instructor staff with coaching, performance reviews and career development.
Develop standardized instructor practices and documentation across programs.
Collaborate with program leads to translate staffing needs into hiring plans.
Design and maintain processes, tools, and reporting for staffing and readiness tracking.
Identify staffing gaps and build hiring pipelines to support growth and campus expansion.
Travel 30–40% to campus and client sites to support hiring and leadership presence.
