Job summary

USP seeks a Senior B2B e-Commerce Product Manager to lead the capability-driven roadmap for its digital commerce platforms. You will partner with Marketing, Commercial, IT and enterprise stakeholders to translate priorities into customer-centric capabilities and measurable outcomes.

The role requires hands-on execution and a strategic mindset to improve adoption, self-service, and revenue growth across the end-to-end customer journey.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of digital product ownership, business analysis, or program management in enterprise B2B e-commerce.
• Experience managing complex transaction architectures and multi-stakeholder priorities.
• Extensive Agile/Scrum experience with backlog management and roadmapping.
• KD reporting, KPI tracking, and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product roadmap for USP's B2B e-commerce platforms.
• Translate business goals into prioritized capabilities and user stories.
• Collaborate with marketing, IT, sales, and ops to deliver on roadmap.
• Lead agile delivery with clear timelines and risk management.
• Monitor performance and optimize based on data and feedback.
