United States Pharmacopeia (USP) is seeking a Senior B2B E‑Commerce Product Manager to lead the capability-driven roadmap and execution of our digital commerce platforms and related third‑party applications. This role reports to the Director, Commercial Technology Operations and connects business strategy, customer experience, and technology delivery to enable a seamless, customer‑centric buying journey.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering/IS; PMP or master’s a plus.
• Proven 8+ years in digital product ownership for enterprise B2B e-commerce.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum, Jira/Confluence.
• Ability to translate strategy into actionable roadmaps and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product roadmap for USP's B2B e-commerce platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing, IT, and sales to align priorities and investments.
• Lead agile delivery as Product Owner; manage backlog and KPIs.
• Drive data-driven decisions to improve adoption and revenue.
