Job summary

USP is seeking a results-oriented Senior B2B e-Commerce Product Owner to lead the capability-driven roadmap and execution of USP's digital commerce platforms and supporting third-party applications.

Reporting to the Director, Commercial Technology Operations, this role serves as the critical link between business strategy, customer experience, and technology delivery, ensuring digital commerce capabilities enable a seamless, customer-centric experience across the end-to-end customer journey.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Information Systems or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in digital product ownership for enterprise B2B platforms.
• Experience with SDLC methodologies in Agile/Scrum and Jira/Confluence.
• Experience in life sciences/pharma or regulated environments preferred.
• Strong business and customer-centric mindset.

Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Roadmap: drive capability roadmap for USP's B2B e-commerce platforms.
• Product Ownership & Delivery: serve as Product Owner; manage backlog; collaborate with delivery teams.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Business Partnership: build relationships with marketing, sales, finance, and IT.
• Data-Driven Product Management: monitor KPIs; analyze data and feedback to guide decisions.
• Quality & Operational Excellence: oversee UAT/QA and drive process improvements.
