Job summary

Cordance is seeking a Business-Focused Product Owner to accelerate the delivery and continuous improvement of our Commerce platform. You will bridge business stakeholders and engineering, translating objectives into well-defined requirements while ensuring execution across Agile teams.

You will own the backlog, prioritize initiatives by business value, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric digital commerce capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• CSPO, PSPO or equivalent certification preferred.
• 5–8+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, or Business Analysis.
• At least 3 years of experience working within Agile/Scrum teams.
• Experience collaborating with engineering, architecture, UX, QA, and business stakeholders.
• Demonstrated success in backlog management and product delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the product backlog for Commerce initiatives.
• Translate business strategies into Epics, Features, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.
• Prioritize backlog items based on customer value, business impact, risk, and dependencies.
• Define product roadmap in collaboration with Product Managers and leadership.
• Ensure product vision is understood across engineering and business teams.
• Serve as the primary liaison between business teams, UX/UI, QA, and Operations.
• Prepare executive-quality reports and delivery metrics for leadership.
