Job summary

OpenAI in San Francisco is seeking a Content Marketing Manager, Demand Generation to turn foundational B2B messaging, research, launches, events, and product workflows into the right content for different industries, audiences and stages of the customer journey.

You’ll craft content across webinars, guides, ebooks, blogs, customer proof, and decision-enablement materials, while building modular frameworks for reuse and alignment with product and channel strategy.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in B2B content marketing, editorial, or integrated campaigns.
• Exceptional writer with a portfolio showing adaptation of source material.
• Translate complex product topics into clear, engaging content.
• Identify strongest narratives and value propositions within large material.
• Create content across industries, functions, buyer groups, and stages.
• Understand audience and channel needs; collaborate with Demand Gen without losing narrative.
• Produce high-quality assets and scalable systems for future work.
• Combine editorial judgment with speed for large volumes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Marketing, Demand Gen, and other writers to plan priority content.
• Create and adapt content across webinars, flagship guides, ebooks, blogs, and proof materials.
• Turn core assets into reusable modules for industries, business lines, and audiences.
• Develop awareness, consideration, and decision-stage content while preserving central narrative.
• Find compelling proof points and translate into clear, useful content.
• Collaborate with channel partners to suit audience and distribution needs.
• Use performance signals to improve future content structure and reuse.
• Establish repeatable frameworks, templates, and practices for content ROI.
