ExecuSource is seeking a Senior Collections Analyst in Duluth, GA to join a fast-paced B2B AR team on a one-year contract.

You will drive timely collections, analyze aging, resolve disputes, and collaborate with sales and billing to improve cash flow using advanced Excel.

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience with ERP or AR systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume B2B accounts receivable portfolio to drive timely customer payments and minimize outstanding balances.
• Proactively contact business customers regarding past-due invoices, payment commitments, and outstanding account balances.
• Research, investigate, and resolve complex deductions, short payments, billing discrepancies, and collection disputes.
• Identify root causes of payment delays and work cross-functionally with internal teams to resolve issues.
• Analyze aging reports, account activity, and collection trends to prioritize accounts and improve collection effectiveness.
• Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel functions, including PivotTables and VLOOKUPs, to analyze data, reconcile information, and generate reports.
• Maintain accurate records of collection activities, customer communications, payment commitments, and dispute resolutions.
• Monitor customer payment patterns and identify accounts requiring escalated collection efforts.
• Collaborate with internal departments, including sales, customer service, billing, and cash applications, to resolve outstanding receivables.
• Follow up on promised payments and ensure collection commitments are met.
• Identify opportunities to improve collection processes, reduce delinquency, and accelerate cash flow.
• Prepare and analyze accounts receivable reports to support collection strategies and management visibility.
• Escalate unresolved disputes, high-risk accounts, and significant payment delays as appropriate.
• Maintain organized documentation and accurate account records while managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
