Job summary

Global Payments is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to strengthen cloud platforms, automation and CI/CD, enabling faster, more reliable delivery of critical applications. You will influence infrastructure design, enhance Kubernetes observability, and drive cost-effective improvements across multi-cloud environments.

You will lead with an automation-first mindset, mentor DevOps engineers, and collaborate with senior stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure technology for clients worldwide.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT experience with complex tech solutions.
• Strong cloud and Kubernetes expertise across GCP/AWS/Azure.
• Proven automation and IaC with Terraform, Jenkins, Git, Ansible.

Responsibilities

• Drive faster, more reliable software delivery by advancing automation across build, release and deployment processes.
• Shape resilient and cost-effective cloud environments by improving Kubernetes observability and optimising performance and cloud spend.
• Own production readiness and recovery capabilities by strengthening deployment practices and disaster recovery testing.
• Elevate DevOps standards by expanding IaC, configuration management, and scalable solutions.
• Lead through technical influence, guiding DevOps engineers and partnering with leaders.
