Qualifications

• 8+ years of DevOps engineering, cloud infrastructure, and technical project leadership.
• 4+ years of hands-on Azure DevOps Services administration and configuration.
• Proven track record migrating Azure DevOps organizations, projects, or tenants.

Responsibilities

• Lead current-state discovery and inventory validation across projects, repos, and pipelines.
• Define target-state identity, access management, and operating model for the migration.
• Develop runbooks, testing strategies, cutover checklists, and rollback plans.
