Job summary

Trianz seeks a Migration Solution Architect Azure to lead portfolio assessment, migration strategy, and modernization roadmaps for large enterprise clients. The role sits in the Transformation Solutions & Technology Office and focuses on front-end engagement lifecycle, turning complex estates into executable cloud roadmaps.

You will design target state architectures across AWS, Azure, and GCP, drive DevSecOps pipelines, and support proposal development with executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in enterprise technology with development/solutioning experience.
• 8–12 years in application architecture with migration and modernization focus.
• Multi-cloud design experience across AWS, Azure and/or GCP.
• Proven leadership of large-scale assessment engagements (50–1000+ apps).
• Deep expertise with R-Treatment frameworks and modernization patterns.
• Cloud-native patterns: microservices, containers, serverless, API-first.
• DevSecOps toolchains and automation familiarity.
• Strong business case development for board audiences.
• Excellent written communication and presentations; onsite-offshore delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead application portfolio discovery and assessment across enterprise environments.
• Design assessment frameworks: health, cloud readiness, modernization pathways.
• Conduct dependency mapping and integration topology analysis.
• Lead client interviews, supplement discovery data with qualitative context.
• Produce formal assessment reports with executive summaries and heat maps.
• Design target cloud architectures for multi-tier apps.
• Architect DevSecOps pipelines and CI/CD integration.
• Develop R-Treatment decision frameworks and placement strategies.
• Plan migration sequencing and multi-year wave strategies.
• Develop modernization roadmaps and business cases.
• Own narrative for proposals; support solution defense sessions.
