Job summary

Leidos is seeking an experienced Cloud Engineer to join our Defense Enclave Services team. You will design, deploy, and manage IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS in Azure to support DISA and DoD modernization efforts, including on‑premise to cloud migration and zero‑trust initiatives.

This role requires an active SECRET (or higher) DoD clearance and US citizenship. You may work remotely but must be able to be on site at Fort Meade when required, with collaboration across distributed teams and mentoring of

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience designing, deploying, and operating cloud solutions on Azure, AWS or GCP.
• Experience with IaC and CI/CD tooling.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy cloud architectures (IaaS/PaaS/SaaS) in Azure.
• Support cloud migrations and zero-trust initiatives.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure security best practices per NIST/FedRAMP/FISMA requirements.
