Leidos is seeking a Cloud Engineer to support Air Force programs from Omaha, NE. The role focuses on deploying and maintaining hybrid cloud infrastructure in Azure, using IaC/Configuration-as-Code and a DevSecOps approach. On-site work is required, with consideration for nearby locations.

The ideal candidate will hold DoD 8140 certifications, Azure credentials, and strong experience with Terraform, Ansible, Docker, and Kubernetes, ensuring secure, scalable, and compliant cloud solutions.

Qualificações

• US Citizen with an active Top Secret clearance and ability to obtain SCI prior to start date.
• Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of experience or Master’s degree with 2+ years of experience.
• DoD 8140 Intermediate certification (Security+ CE or equivalent).
• Azure certifications such as AZ-104 or equivalent cloud cert from other providers.
• Proficiency in virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, OpenStack).
• Proficiency in public clouds (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, OCI).
• Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation).
• Solid understanding of Docker and Kubernetes.

Responsabilidades

• Design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure across hybrid environments in Microsoft Azure (IaaS & PaaS).
• Automate deployments and configurations with IaC/Configuration-as-Code tools (Terraform, Ansible, ARM/BICEP).
• Provision, maintain, and scale Azure resources with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor resource utilization for cost efficiency and scalability.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure and security issues within a DevSecOps framework.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and integrate infrastructure automation into development lifecycles.
• Implement containerization/orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) for microservices.
