Myriad360 in New York City is seeking a Senior AWS Cloud Architect to build and operate a managed AWS service. You will own service delivery, incident management, and MSP program certification while collaborating with senior leaders to scale the practice.

Qualifications

• Experience operating an AWS managed service or MSP practice.
• Experience building repeatable managed services capabilities and delivery models.
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001) and security-aware operations.

Responsibilities

• Stand up and run incident management: identification, logging, prioritization, investigation, and resolution.
• Build and operate the service desk and support model with AWS plan coverage.
• Define and manage SLAs and service-level management.
• Implement event management, monitoring, observability, and AI-driven optimization.
• Author runbooks and automation to run the service repeatably.
• Establish disaster recovery, backup processes, and continuity plans.
• Build FinOps reporting and integrate financial planning into the service.
• Set up onboarding and operational documentation for audit readiness.
• Lead AWS MSP program certification efforts and audit readiness.
• Develop customer service-management machinery and run service reviews.
• Utilize AI/ML to scale operations and resolve tickets.
