Job summary

Tential Solutions is seeking a Senior AWS Full Stack Engineer / Application Tech Lead to join our team and lead the development of enterprise cloud-native applications. This is a hands-on role where you will design, develop, and enhance applications while guiding a team of engineers.

You will lead technical decisions, perform code reviews, troubleshoot complex issues, and serve as the technical expert across multiple applications, with remote work available and a contract-to-hire path after

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with React, Node.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
• Proven AWS production experience with Lambda, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB, and RDS.
• Experience as a Technical Lead, Lead Developer, or Senior Engineer and ability to mentor while coding.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support enterprise-scale applications using modern cloud technologies.
• Build and enhance cloud-native solutions leveraging AWS services.
• Serve as a technical lead and mentor for a team of approximately 10 developers.
• Provide architecture guidance, code reviews, and technical direction.
• Estimate development efforts for new business initiatives.
• Troubleshoot production issues and drive technical solutions.
• Collaborate with development teams and business stakeholders.
