• Improve systems and processes and build a culture of equitable awards management.
• Manage direct reports and work independently on a portfolio of awards.
• Develop funding guidelines and processes for emerging initiatives aligned with strategic objectives.
• Identify candidates with strengths in critical thinking, problem-solving, research, writing, and relationship building.
