Job summary

Art Bridges Foundation seeks an Awards Agreements and Compliance Specialist to support agreement administration, compliance, and documentation across the awards lifecycle. You will draft and track agreements, coordinate legal review, manage amendments, and ensure records are complete and aligned with approved award decisions.

This on-site role in Bentonville requires strong organization, attention to detail, and collaboration with internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration, legal studies, nonprofit management, public administration, or related field.
4–6 years of contract administration, agreements management, compliance, or grants administration experience.
Experience with agreement administration for award or grant terms, due diligence, and documentation standards.

Responsibilities

Prepare, draft, issue, and track agreements with accuracy and alignment to terms.
Route agreements for review, manage signature workflows and timelines.
Draft amendments and coordinate reviews and approvals.
Manage modification requests and ensure progress to full execution.
Maintain agreement records in grants management systems and ensure compliance.
