Job summary

Art Bridges Foundation is seeking an Awards Coordinator to support the Funding & Awards team. This role focuses on maintaining records, managing databases, coordinating workflows, and ensuring smooth communications with internal and external partners.

You will be the primary contact for the team, collaborating with cross-departmental colleagues to advance grantmaking operations in line with the foundation’s philanthropic goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2–3 years of relevant nonprofit or arts sector experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and CRM platforms like Asana or Salesforce.
• Experience with foundations, museums, or arts is preferred.
• Exposure to project management methodologies is a plus.
