Job summary

Art Bridges Foundation is seeking an Awards Agreements and Compliance Specialist to support agreement administration and compliance across the awards lifecycle. The role partners with internal teams and external stakeholders to draft, amend, and manage agreements, ensuring complete documentation and proper review.

Skills in due diligence, records management, and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, legal studies, nonprofit management, public administration, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of contract administration, agreements management, compliance, grants administration, or related operational roles.
• Experience in nonprofit, foundation, higher education, or similar organizations is preferred.
• Experience preparing, reviewing, tracking, and maintaining agreements, amendments, and related documentation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, Excel and Word; familiarity with GMS and DocuSign.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, draft, issue, and track agreements; ensure accuracy and alignment with terms.
• Route agreements for review; manage signature workflows and timelines (DocuSign).
• Draft and process amendments; ensure version control and required approvals.
• Track agreement status and milestones across the lifecycle; conduct due diligence.
• Coordinate with legal team and leadership on non-standard or high-risk agreements.
• Maintain audit-ready records in grants management system and documentation standards.
