Job summary

Torch Technologies is seeking a Senior Program Scheduler to support AWACS programs at Tinker AFB, OK. The role involves developing and maintaining IMS/IMP/WBS and connecting milestones, contracts, design reviews, and deployments, while coordinating inputs from IPTs and contractors.

Responsibilities include analyzing schedule risk, producing IMS artifacts, and communicating schedule status to leadership. This hybrid role requires U.S. citizenship and DoW experience where applicable.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 5+ years experience, or 8+ years in the field with DoW experience.
• Experience with scheduling on AWACS or similar defense programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain IMS/IMP/WBS and EIMS for AWACS programs.
• Define schedule relationships across milestones, contracts, reviews, and deployments.
• Collect and integrate monthly schedule inputs from IPTs, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Provide senior-level scheduling support and deliver IMS artifacts.
• Communicate schedule status and risks to leadership and teams.
