Job summary

Torch Technologies is seeking a Senior Program Scheduler to provide senior-level scheduling across AWACS programs at Tinker AFB, OK. The role requires building and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules, IMS/IMP, and WBS, coordinating with IPTs, contractors, and government stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in the DoD domain or 8+ years overall, with strong CPM, MS Project, and Open Plan skills. The position is hybrid, based at Tinker AFB, with travel and ESOP benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field with 5 years of experience in the DoW, or 8 years of related experience with DoW.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level scheduling support across AWACS programs and upgrades.
• Develop, manage, and maintain IMS/IMP/WBS and EIMS.
• Define schedule relationships across acquisition phases and milestones.
• Monitor monthly schedule inputs and integrate into master schedule using CPM.
• Support government planning and coordination related to milestones and readiness.
• Advise proposal evaluation teams on schedule feasibility and risk.
• Coordinate schedule activities among multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• Prepare IMS artifacts like Gantt charts and network diagrams.
• Ensure integration of sustainment and acquisition activities into the schedule.
• Communicate objectives, status, and risks to leadership and contractors.
