Torch Technologies is seeking a Senior Program Scheduler to support the AWACS programs at Tinker AFB, OK. This full-time hybrid role coordinates IMS/IMP/WBS and EIMS across multiple contractors and government stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and modernization alignment.

The role involves producing Gantt charts, network diagrams, and critical path analyses, advising on schedule feasibility and risk, and collaborating with USAF and major defense contractors.

Formación

• U.S. Citizenship
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 5 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, 3 of which must be in the DoW. OR
• 8 years of experience in the respective technical/ professional discipline being performed, 5 of which must be in the DoW.

Responsabilidades

• Provide senior-level scheduling support across multiple AWACS programs and upgrade efforts, ensuring alignment with E7 modernization objectives.
• Develop, manage, and maintain IMS, IMP, WBS, and EIMS across AWACS programs.
• Define schedule relationships among acquisition phases, milestones, solicitations, contract awards, design reviews, and deployment objectives.
• Monitor monthly schedule inputs and integrate them into the master schedule using Critical Path Method.
• Advise proposal evaluation teams on schedule feasibility, mission capability, and proposal risk.
• Prepare and deliver IMS products including Gantt charts, network diagrams, and schedule risk identification.
• Ensure integration of sustainment and acquisition activities into the schedule and communication of risks to leadership.
