Job summary

Torch Technologies is seeking a Senior Program Scheduler to provide advanced scheduling support for AWACS programs at Tinker AFB, OK. You will develop and maintain IMS/IMP/WBS, linking tasks across acquisition phases, milestones and deployments.

You will coordinate with IPTs, contractors, and government stakeholders, applying Critical Path Method principles and delivering Gantt charts and CPM analyses. Strong DoD background and MS Project skills required.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; DoD experience preferred.
• 5 years of relevant DoD experience or 8 years total with DoD experience.
• Experience with IMS/IMP/WBS and schedule risk analysis.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level scheduling support across AWACS programs and upgrades.
• Develop and maintain IMS, IMP, WBS, and EIMS with accurate linkages.
• Define schedule relationships across milestones, reviews, and deployments.
• Monitor monthly schedule inputs from IPTs, contractors, and government stakeholders.
• Advise on schedule feasibility, risk, and corrective actions.
• Prepare IMS products including Gantt charts, network diagrams, and CPM analyses.
• Coordinate with USAF stakeholders and major contractors to integrate schedules.
• Ensure sustainment and lifecycle activities are integrated in the schedule.
