Dallas College is seeking a visionary senior leader to serve as Associate Vice Chancellor, Student Success Operations. This executive role will unify people, processes, technology, data, and service delivery to strengthen student access and experience across the institution.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in a related field (e.g., Higher Education Administration, Public Administration, Business).
• Eight years of progressively responsible experience in higher education or student services.
• Experience leading large-scale operations and complex organizational initiatives.
• Budget development and performance improvement experience.
• Proven use of data analytics to improve outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive Student Success Operations strategy aligned with institutional goals.
• Establish operational standards, service expectations, workflows, and performance measures across the division.
• Provide executive oversight for Student One Stop operations and integrated delivery across enrollment, financial aid, and student support.
• Lead enterprise-wide process improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and design thinking.
• Build leadership capacity and succession planning across Student Success functions.
