Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in Higher Education Administration, Student Affairs, Business Administration, Public Administration, Educational Leadership, or closely related field.
• Eight years of progressively responsible experience in higher education, student affairs, student success, enrollment services, institutional effectiveness, or related areas.
• Demonstrated experience leading large-scale operations and complex organizational initiatives.
• Experience managing budgets, personnel, strategic planning, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Proven success utilizing data and analytics to improve organizational and student outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive Student Success Operations strategy aligned with institutional goals and priorities.
• Establish operational standards, service expectations, workflows, and performance measures across the Student Success division.
• Lead large-scale operational improvement initiatives that enhance student experience and improve organizational effectiveness.
• Implement continuous quality improvement processes and operational excellence frameworks across student-facing departments.
• Oversee assessment activities designed to evaluate program effectiveness, service quality, and student outcomes.
• Provide executive oversight for knowledge management, ensuring SOPs, service playbooks, and guides are current.
