Job summary

TeamCare Medical is seeking an AVP of Quality to lead QAPI, quality improvement, and regulatory readiness across the organization. You will partner with clinical and operational leaders to drive performance, monitor KPIs, and implement robust quality programs.

This role requires extensive healthcare quality management experience, CMS/NYSDOH knowledge, and strong data analytics; you will oversee audits, CAPs, budgets, and cross‑departmental initiatives to improve patient safety and operational

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of healthcare quality management experience.
• Three (3) years of direct management experience in Q/M or QI functions.
• Strong knowledge of managed care regulatory requirements and quality reporting.
• Experience with CMS, NYSDOH, and regulatory audits.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight of Quality and Quality Improvement departments.
• Develop, implement, and maintain QMS and Quality Improvement programs.
• Monitor quality performance indicators and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee data collection, validation, analysis, and reporting for regulatory submissions.
• Lead organization-wide quality improvement initiatives and performance projects.
• Coordinate responses to regulatory surveys, audits, CAPs, and documentation.
• Develop budgets, ensure cost efficiencies, and manage departmental resources.
• Promote continuous quality improvement and patient safety.
