Job summary

Catholic Health seeks a Vice President of Quality and Performance Improvement to lead hospital-wide quality, compliance, and performance initiatives. The role partners with executives to set priorities, monitor outcomes, and drive patient-centered, equitable care across the organization.

Reporting to the CMO, you will coordinate with Risk Management to align patient safety with quality goals, oversee budget, and advance Lean, Six Sigma, and PDSA methodologies to achieve measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Quality Management, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant healthcare discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead hospital-wide quality management and performance improvement programs.
• Ensure regulatory readiness and accreditation compliance.
• Oversee analysis and reporting of clinical quality data.
• Collaborate with medical staff and leadership to improve care quality.
• Provide executive reporting to board and CHS system committees.
• Develop and mentor staff in quality improvement methods.
