Job summary

Omnia Healthcare Group seeks a Vice President of Quality and Patient Safety to lead QAPI and patient safety programs across the organization. Reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer and General Counsel, you will drive performance improvement, risk management, and regulatory readiness to deliver resident-centered, high-quality care.

You will develop strategic plans, analyze performance trends, and collaborate with executives to advance quality initiatives and safety culture across facilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years in healthcare, preferably long-term care.
• BSN or MSN preferred; RN licensure required or strongly preferred.
• Experience leading QAPI, risk management, and regulatory readiness.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development and implementation of QAPI programs.
• Monitor clinical quality metrics and drive improvement plans.
• Advise on policy development and risk mitigation strategies.
• Lead cross-functional teams to achieve quality and safety goals.
• Ensure compliance with Joint Commission and other surveys.
