Association of Fundraising Professionals is seeking an Associate Vice President, Multichannel Fundraising to lead the multichannel fundraising portfolio across direct mail, digital, telemarketing, and monthly giving programs. This remote US-based role reports to the VP, Integrated Direct Marketing and drives revenue growth, donor lifetime value, and ROI through data-driven decision making.

• 15+ years of leadership in direct response fundraising or related channels.
• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, business, or related field.
• Experience in Hispanic marketing or fundraising preferred.
• Proven success in campaign strategy, development and implementation.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Knowledge of donor journey strategy and implementation.
• Proficiency in Office apps; BBCRM experience preferred.
• Proven leadership across multiple channels and mentoring skills.
• Experience managing integrated, multi-channel fundraising programs.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee multichannel fundraising portfolio and optimize performance with vendors.
• Translate plans into executable strategy for direct mail, telemarketing, digital fundraising, monthly giving, Face to Face, and SMS.
• Manage budgets, forecast revenue, set performance thresholds and evaluate impact.
• Build and lead a high-performing remote team with clear goals and accountability.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders and external agencies to optimize budget and investments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
