Job summary

Operation Smile, Inc. seeks an Associate Vice President, Multichannel Fundraising to convert audience-first fundraising strategy into disciplined operating plans.

You will oversee direct mail, digital fundraising, telemarketing and SMS while managing budgets, forecasts, and ROI targets. You will lead a high-performing, distributed team, drive donor growth and lifetime value, and ensure alignment with the mission of delivering safe surgery worldwide.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressively responsible leadership experience in fundraising or direct marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, business, or related field.
• Experience in Hispanic marketing or fundraising preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Knowledge of donor journey strategy and implementation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and BBCRM or similar.

Responsibilities

• Lead multichannel fundraising portfolio with accountability for revenue, ROI and donor lifetime value.
• Translate strategy into executable operating plans across channels (direct mail, digital, telemarketing, SMS).
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and performance reporting; diagnose and address underperformance.
• Build and lead a high-performing, remote-enabled team; coach and develop leaders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and external partners to optimize resource allocation.
