Blue Origin LLC is seeking a Senior Manager Avionics Test for New Glenn. You will lead environmental acceptance test campaigns for avionics hardware, coordinate with development teams and external labs, and own testing processes to ensure safety and reliability for a high-performance space system.

This role requires strong leadership, deep hands-on test expertise, and a passion for advancing human spaceflight within a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a B.S. degree in a technical field with electronics/test focus.
• 7+ years of hands-on experience in automated test goals for embedded systems.
• Experience leading small teams on fast-paced projects and coordinating tests.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage environmental acceptance test campaigns for avionics flight hardware.
• Coordinate with product development teams and labs; manage third-party testing.
• Own the acceptance test processes for box-level avionics tests on New Glenn.
