Job summary

Blue Origin in Washington state seeks a senior test engineer to plan and execute environmental acceptance tests for avionics flight hardware for New Glenn. You will coordinate with avionics product teams and third-party labs, lead test campaigns, and own box-level test processes from design through verification.

The role requires a BS in Electrical/Mechanical/Aerospace engineering, 7+ years in automated test frameworks, and proven leadership of small teams in fast-paced programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical, Mechanical, or Aerospace engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of hands-on experience developing automated test execution frameworks for embedded systems.
• Experience leading small teams on fast-paced projects with evolving requirements.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills to manage multiple test campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Curiosity about optimizing business processes.
