Job summary

Blue Origin in Seattle, WA is seeking an experienced engineer to develop and test avionics hardware and software for the New Glenn launch vehicle. You will support test-system development for manufacturing and qualification, and work with a team to deliver safe, robust avionics for spaceflight.

The role emphasizes hands-on problem solving, cross-disciplinary collaboration, and the ability to contribute across hardware and software aspects. Weekend shifts may be required based on program needs.

Qualifications

• B.S./degree in EE or CS preferred.
• 5+ years hands-on experience developing/testing electronic systems.
• Familiar with Python scripting and test equipment.
• Knowledge of EMI/EMC standards and automotive standards or equivalents.
• Experience with hardware/software development life cycle.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
• Willingness to support weekend shifts or non-standard hours.
