Job summary

Blue Origin is seeking a seasoned avionics test engineer to support the New Glenn program in Seattle. You will conduct campaigns and ensure safe, robust avionics through hands-on testing and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes hardware, firmware, and software integration, with potential weekend shifts based on program needs. A BS in EE or CS and 5+ years in related testing are expected.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science preferred.
• 5+ years hands-on experience developing/testing electronic systems.
• Sound knowledge of electronics and circuit fundamentals.
• Familiar with EMI/EMC, IEC and automotive standards or equivalent.
• Experience with hardware development life cycle.

Responsibilities

• Conduct test campaigns supporting manufacturing and qualification of flight avionics hardware.
• Contribute to safe, robust avionics for the New Glenn launch vehicle.
• Collaborate with engineers and technicians to meet program needs.
