Teledyne Energetics in California is seeking a System Engineer to own requirements review, system design, and integration for advanced defense and aerospace products. You will coordinate design efforts and support verification and documentation.

Ideal candidates have a BS in System Engineering, 5+ years in the field, embedded software experience, and familiarity with Green Hills Integrity and Microsoft Office tools. U.S. Person per ITAR is required.

Formación

• BS in System Engineering from ABET-accredited school.
• 5+ years of system engineering experience in defense/aerospace.
• Embedded software design experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.

Responsabilidades

• System-level HW/SW architecture and interfaces.
• Translate high-level requirements into derived requirements and tests.
• Debug and root-cause analysis; corrective actions.
• Embedded software development and debugging.
• Lead design reviews and mentor junior engineers.
• Develop SDRLs/analyses and present to customers/vendors.
• Apply continuous improvement to processes.
