Job summary

E-Space in Saratoga, CA is seeking a Staff Avionics RF Electrical Engineer to lead RF hardware development for space-based IoT systems. You will influence circuit design, PCB layouts, and testing across engineering teams in a fast-growing LEO satellite environment.

The role requires 10+ years in RF design, strong Altium skills, and experience with high-speed signaling in aerospace contexts. On-site in Saratoga, CA with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of RF electrical circuit design experience.
• Experience with LNAs, PAs, filters and mixers.
• Schematic capture and PCB layout proficiency.
• Ability to collaborate across engineering disciplines.
• Space-environment design experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop PCBA requirements with other disciplines.
• Design RF circuits and perform simulations.
• Capture schematics and lay out PCBs in Altium.
• Verify PCBA and system integration through testing.
• Provide production manufacturing support as needed.
