Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace in Phoenix, AZ, seeks a Senior Technical Project Engineer - Avionics Systems to lead the planning and execution of critical CNS programs across global teams. You will drive scheduling, budgeting, and risk management to deliver FAA-certified avionics on time and within cost targets.

As part of the CNS organization, you will collaborate with engineering, certification, manufacturing, and customer teams, coordinating with stakeholders across North America, Europe, and Asia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in aerospace systems project engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional engineering teams through planning and execution of avionics development programs.
• Define project scope, objectives, schedules, deliverables, and resource requirements.
• Develop and maintain project plans using Microsoft Project.
• Serve as primary technical interface for customers, program managers, and stakeholders.
• Monitor project performance against schedule, budget, and technical objectives.
