Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience troubleshooting avionics and/or mechanical systems on aircraft.
• 5+ years of customer-facing experience in technical support or field service.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in high-pressure environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical contact for assigned customers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex avionics and mechanical issues.
• Travel to customer sites up to 25%.
