Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM or related field, 5+ years of experience
• 5–8 years in systems engineering with aerospace/avionics focus
• Expertise in avionics systems, architectures, and regulatory standards
• Proficiency with DOORS (or similar tools) for requirements
• Experience with MBSE and model-based systems engineering tools ( Cameo, EA, Rhapsody)
